about

The message of this song is that despite your best efforts, you can't escape change. Every little thing that happens to us shapes who we are and that shape is constantly changing. If you can learn to embrace change, even when it hurts, you can grow as a person.

lyrics

I can tell you that change is exactly that.
With the passing of time there's no coming back.
Every moment, every decision, building to compensate for what we lack.

And they say everything happens for a reason, but that's only true if you decide to give every moment meaning and learn to grow from the times that you've been left in the cold bleeding.

Waiting for someone to come along repeating the words you think will make you feel safe. When in reality it's just your own mind confusing safety with your inability to change.

You've got nothing left to lose.
Just watch and you will bloom, and grow.

They say we're searching for a reason to exist. To try and make some sense of all our emptiness.
Refusing to let go of the past, and find comfort in togetherness.

Only when we learn to take a look at our negligence and seek answers to cope with our loneliness, do we finally grow.

You have nothing left to lose.
Just watch and you will bloom, and grow from everything.
There's nothing left to prove.
Just let the change consume, and learn from your mistakes.
